At the start of the new year, our working group on material and product requirements invites all figawa members to find out about and exchange information on the following topics and our association activities:
- Minimum hygiene requirements for materials in contact with drinking water from the EU Drinking Water Directive (Art. 11) & the secondary legislation acts: positive lists, material requirements, conformity assessment (products)
- Restriction procedure for per- and polyfluorinated alkyl compounds (PFAS)
- ECHA study on the regulation of PVC and additives
- EU regulation on microplastics: update
